Just to be clear on boundaries:• I don’t take on house repairs or DIY jobs
• I don’t do garden maintenance, beyond light watering if needed
• I don’t pay for home expenses or utility billsIf something breaks or needs attention, I’ll always let you know immediately so you can decide the best course of action. My role is to be your responsible stand-in — but not your substitute homeowner.
